- Preheat oven to 350.
- Put cod into an oven safe dish. Pat the cod with a paper towel to dry the fish from any water on it. This will help the seasoning stick to the cod better.
- Generously sprinkle cod with your seasoning.
- Pour water into pan around cod. (do not pour water on the cod)
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of lemon into your water.
- Cook in the oven until it falls apart easily. You should be able to put a fork into it, and it just falls apart. This is from 12-15 minutes.
