  • Fry up your onion, bell pepper, and ground beef until done. If you have any grease drain it off.
  • Add your chicken and bone broth to the pot. Also add your diced tomatoes, tomato paste, red kidney beans, black beans, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and jalapeno.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Turn down to a simmer and simmer for HOURS!
  • Once it starts to thicken up, turn off the heat. Let it sit for about 30 minutes with a lid on the pan to rest.
  • ENJOY! This is a dish that tastes better the more days it sits. So by day three, this is going to be AMAZING! The leftovers are going to taste better and better!
