DUMPSTER FIRE CHILI

This is a warm filling dish! It is not hot unless you want it to be. I call it dumpster fire chili, because I think all chili is just a bunch of things thrown together. The ingredients are so versatile. You can use any type of onion you want, any type of kidney beans, any type of beans period, and things like that!

  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Turn down to a simmer and simmer for HOURS!
  5. Once it starts to thicken up, turn off the heat. Let it sit for about 30 minutes with a lid on the pan to rest.
  6. ENJOY! This is a dish that tastes better the more days it sits. So by day three, this is going to be AMAZING! The leftovers are going to taste better and better!
