Instructions
- DIRECTIONS 1. Put your pineapple skins into 6 cups of water.
- 2. Bring it to a boil. Once it is rapidly boiling, you want to turn it down to a simmer.
- 3. Simmer it for 20 minutes with a lid on the pan.
- 4. After 20 minutes of simmering, let it cool down.
- 5. Once it is cool, strain your liquid so that you remove any particles that do not belong in it.
- 6. I add ½ cup of pineapple water to 24 ounces of water. You can also enjoy pineapple water as tea. You can use it as a weight loss tea too!
