Instructions
DIRECTIONS 1. Put your pineapple skins into 6 cups of water.
2. Bring it to a boil. Once it is rapidly boiling, you want to turn it down to a simmer.
3. Simmer it for 20 minutes with a lid on the pan.
4. After 20 minutes of simmering, let it cool down.
5. Once it is cool, strain your liquid so that you remove any particles that do not belong in it.
6. I add ½ cup of pineapple water to 24 ounces of water. You can also enjoy pineapple water as tea. You can use it as a weight loss tea too!
