I am a single mom who loves food! I take care of my 93-year-old grandmother and teenage daughter. One day I took my daughter to the doctor only to find out that her cholesterol was through the roof! I also noticed that both my grandmother and I did not have a truly horrible diet, but we both did not feel very good. I was so overweight and unhappy. So I transformed my diet. I educated myself about food. I gained valuable knowledge about food. I now use food to power my weight loss journey, transform my daughter’s health, and help my family take control of their lives! This is not a diet page. These are all recipes that are TOTALLY healthy for you! You can eat all these recipes and feel good about it! It is all real food! Food does not have to be complicated!
