A warm lemon and ginger shot on an empty stomach in the mornings has some pretty nice benefits! You are gently waking your stomach before overworking it. This will help with digestion. Lemon helps to keep the body alkaline which helps your body disease free! It is so simple but so effective!

  • This recipe calls for juiced ginger. I buy my ginger from Kroger's and juice it in by juicer! I normally juice enough for a week at once so I only juice once a week!
  • Lemons can be squeezed daily or use lemon juice. You need about 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Add water to a tea kettle. You only want to slightly warm the water up. It should NOT burn your tongue but rather be just warm! You will need about 4 ounces of water. While you wait for your water to warm up, put your tablespoon of lemon and tablespoon of ginger into a small glass. Once the water is warm, combine everything.
  • Once the water is warm, combine everything. I drink this with a straw, so the acids do not get onto my teeth! The benefits of this shot are enormous, but it must be done regularly to have a real impact on your health. If you give this a shot, you can end your allergies, reduce bloating, feel full, helps to lose weight and so much more!
