Easy No Heartburn Tomato Soup

Tomato Soup made the easiest way I could find! We are so busy at times we need the easiest and fastest way to dinner or lunches for the week!  Tomatoes are boarderline acidic! This can give you heartburn; However, if you add Cinnamon to the soup at the end it will make it more alkaline!

 I also add garlic. Garlic when eaten increases your stomach acids. You want to increase the acids in your stomach so that you will be able to digest the soup the most efficient way possible! The acids will decrease but umtil it does sit up for at least one hour. Two would be better but I understand being tired! 

This soup takes little effort! You slice up your vegetables in big chunks because it doesn’t matter how small they are or how big. I cut my tomatoes in fourths. How ever you want to cut stuff up for this soup is entirely up to you! It is so easy. You roast your veggies in the oven and when done will have an amazing flavor to it! Mix and blend then EAT!
