I also like to make extra pizza sauce to freeze. This makes this a quick, cheap, and easy meal! You can make so many different dishes out of pizza. PLUS who does not like pizza!
Pizza, YOUR WAY
Dehydrated applesauce is the best to have on hand. It is a quick pick-me-up that will give you the energy to power through your day! I absolutely love to put this into my car’s emergency bag! It lasts for months and if you have hot water, you can rehydrate it back into applesauce. I keep this in my emergency bag in the car during the winter months, because if I break down and cannot get help, I have food that I know I can rely on! You can use my recipe for applesauce, or you can just buy some already made from the grocery store. When picking an applesauce, you need to make sure that the sugar content is EXTREMELY low! Apples have a lot of natural sugar, so you do not want to ingest too much extra sugar so that you do not incite hunger even more. Our bodies can use sugar as fuel and in doing so we need to make sure that in an emergency, you do not use all the applesauce as energy immediately leaving our bellies even hungrier! This needs to be able to last for hours in the event of an emergency! This is such a good choice and so easy to make! Zucchini Bread
DUMPSTER FIRE CHILLI INGREDIENTS • 1.5 Pounds of ground beef • One onion chopped up. • 1 green pepper chopped up. • ½ a jalapeno chopped up finely. • 4 cloves of garlic chopped up finely. • 2 ½ tablespoons of chili powder • 1 teaspoon cumin • 28 ounces of diced tomatoes • 6 ounces of tomato paste • 15 ounces of red kidney beans • 15 ounces of black beans • 1 cup bone broth • 4 Cups of chicken broth DIRECTIONS 1. Fry up your onion, bell pepper, and ground beef until done. If you have any grease drain it off. 2. Add your chicken and bone broth to the pot. Also add your diced tomatoes, tomato paste, red kidney beans, black beans, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and jalapeno. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Turn down to a simmer and simmer for HOURS! 5. Once it starts to thicken up, turn off the heat. Let it sit for about 30 minutes with a lid on the pan. 6. ENJOY! This is a dish that tastes better the more days it sits. So by day three, this is going to be AMAZING!
