  • Add your cottage cheese to a blender or food processor. Blend until creamy.
  • All the raspberries, banana, pineapple juice, and peanut butter. Blend until creamy
  • Add chia seeds and mix by hand until the seeds are mixed well into the ice cream.
  • Transfer to a freezer safe dish with lid. Add the mixture to the dish and freeze for at least 3 hours. Then ENJOY!!
