Pizza Crust

This is such an easy pizza crust that anyone can do! This was my first time, and I absolutely loved how easy it was to make!
Servings: 1 yield(s)
Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 - 2 1/4 cup Flour
  • 3 tbsp Alvacado Oil
  • 1 Packet Packet of Pizza Yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Celtic Salt (you can use any salt, but I feel if you are going to use salt make sure it counts!)
  • 2/3 cup Warm Water (Not too hot or it will kill the yeast!)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400! LINK to Pizza Sauce - LINK to Pizza- https://kyliezworlds.com/recipes/pizza-your-way/
  2. Mix one cup of flour, sugar undissolved yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until well blended. It takes about 30 seconds.
  3. Gradually add enough of your remaining flour until a soft dough ball has formed. The dough will be slightly sticky.
  4. On a clean countertop, dust it with a small amount of flour. On your floured countertop, knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. This takes about 4 minutes. You may need to add more flour to the countertop so that your dough does not stick to it.
  5. Once your dough is smooth and elastic, you want to put flour on your hands and/or your rolling pin. You can either pat the dough out onto a greased pan or roll the dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer it to a greased pizza pan.
  6. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  7. Place it into the oven on the bottom rack for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned!
  8. ENJOY!
